The entire unit is situated on the ground floor and it accommodating up to 6 guests, offering three air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds and their own TV units, as well as three bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Villa Citynova includes a spacious air conditioned living room with a Smart TV, rosewood furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen offering a lovely view of the pool and the exotic palm tree straight from the kitchen counter so that you could enjoy while cooking or having your morning coffee.
The living room leads to the front yard and pool area. If you would like to enjoy a grilled meal during your stay, you will find a barbecue available to our guests in the elevated lounge area next to the swimming pool. Surrounded by lush mint and lavender, enjoy their scent, relax, and soak in the unique sea view.
Parking space is included in the price. Only a ten-minute walk will take you to the city center surrounded by the sea, offering numerous historical sites, green areas, and exquisite gastronomy. Villa Citynova is a brand new, modern property situated entirely on the ground floor offering a free parking space, private pool, Wi-Fi connection throughout the property, as well as a luxurious interior design that will leave you speechless.

Prices, payment terms and cancellation policy
The price includes: residence tax, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, final cleaning, Wi Fi, parking
Any additional services the guest might solicit (for example extra cleaning and maintenance, organization of excursions, rent a bike…) are not included in the price and are charged extra.
Reservations can be made through the form, per e-mail or per telephone.
In order to receive a booking confirmation, a prepayment in the amount of 50 % of the total price is to be transferred to our account. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival, cash only.
Cancellation policy:
• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned
• In case of cancellation in less than 30 days before the arrival, the deposit will not be returned (it is completely retained).
Deposit:
Upon arrival to the Holiday home CITYNOVA the guests have to make a damage deposit in the amount of EUR 500 which will be returned at check out in case no damage has been caused.
