The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the brand new, modern Belvedere Holidays property. The entrance leads into the living room where you can relax watching your favourite movie or series on your Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen will welcome you with a special gift. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The entire unit is air-conditioned, including the two bedrooms. One of them is offering a direct backyard access and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment also includes a guest bathroom, terrace, Wi-Fi connection, and free parking space. Only a ten-minute walk will take you to the beautiful streets of the old town and its churches, palaces, city walls, and much more.

This apartment was the most beautiful I've ever been! Everything was new, nice and clean. We had access to garden with romantic spot for a nice evenings. In the centre of city we were for 10-15 minutes by walk.. same to the beach. On the beach you can rent two sunbeds for 200 kuna. Owner Ivan was very kind and always on the phone. I am sure that one day we will come back!

It's a new developing area which its street is not easy to find. The owner Ivan has sent us SMS and informed us how to get there. Ivan is very friendly and introduced us a bio winery nearby, which is very interesting, 4 kinds of bio wines and Oliver oil.

The price includes: residence tax, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, final cleaning, Wi Fi, parking

Any additional services the guest might solicit (for example extra cleaning and maintenance, organization of excursions, rent a bike…) are not included in the price and are charged extra.
Reservations can be made through the form, per e-mail or per telephone.
In order to receive a booking confirmation, a prepayment in the amount of 50 % of the total price is to be transferred to our account. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival, cash only.

Cancellation policy:
• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned
• In case of cancellation in less than 30 days before the arrival, the deposit will not be returned (it is completely retained).

Deposit:
Upon arrival to the Apartment MOONLIGHT the guests have to make a damage deposit in the amount of EUR 300 which will be returned at check out in case no damage has been caused.
We are aware of the importance of the privacy of personal information and are collecting only the data which is necessary to fulfill our obligations.
